S60 Buying advice needed

I've been looking for a certified preowned S60 to replace my 98 S70. A local dealer reduced the price of an Black 03 S60 with 32,500 miles to $17,900 to move it by the end of the month. (It was previously listed at

19,980). It has about 8 months of the original warranty left and then 2 yrs of the certified warranty. Here's the thing. The carfax report shows that it was in a minor collision and repaired. The dealer spoke to the original owner and he said that it was parked in the street and sideswiped. The two driver side doors and side mirror were damaged and repaired. It also has a few minor scratched on the bumper that won't come out. It seems to be very nice and clean otherwise and drives nice. Any advice would be appreciated.
