Does anyone know the procedure to replace the headlamp assy on a 2000 S80? I bought a used one on eBay & don't know how to change it out.

1st of all, get your check book ready....i suspect this is one of the volvo's where you need to remove the front bumber to gain acess to swap out the headlight assy...is it the whole assy, or just the bulb?
big difference in the s80...
Yeah, the front bumper/fascia have to come off. Takes about 2 hours at the dealer. Been there, done that. Sigh.
