Can anyone here tell me how to access the mechanism for the left rear seatbelt on a 850 Turbo Wagon? It is inside the seatback and will not extend. At first I could not even raise the seat back completely, but I have removed the lower mounting bolt to raise the seat. However the belt still wont release. Can anyone help?
