Some questions:

1) Fuel 95 or 98 ROM
2) Interval for oil and spark plugs change
3) longevity of the engine

Thanks in advance

Some answers:

  1. 98 will make it run better but 95 is ok.
  2. Refer to your owners manual
  3. Should be good if well maintained. It is a strong engine with no major wweak points AFAIK.

Al

Difference between 95 and 98:

- about 20 hp( EU).

- smoother ride.

1) Will run on 95 ok, but you'll be surprised at the difference on 98. 2) Volvo say 10,000 miles, or service indicator on, if you're keeping the car for a while halve this, especially if you do less than 15,000miles per year.

Plug change is meant to be 40,000miles, but you will notice mpg falling off after 30k so thats when I usually change them.

3) 200k+ with good maintanance from day one- especially regular oil and filter changes.

Turbo may or may not make it to this mileage. Depends on how its driven, cleanliness of oil etc. Long cruises will make the turbo last longer than short stop start/ heavy acceloration type driving.
