Volvo 240 head - what engine does this fit?

Hi folks!

I have a reconditioned head for a Volvo engine that I eventually want to sell. I know it fits a B21 (fuel-injected) engine. That being the case, will it definitely fit any other engines? (Like B230, B23, or anything else I can't think of?)
