Hi, A few weeks ago on a cold morning, the revs at idle went down to about 500 then up to about 2000, and then continued to pulse between the two, the problem then went away but has now reoccured, but as well as pulsing from
500 to 2000 revs, it sometimetimes sticks at 2500 revs. Can anyone offer any advice?, the engine is the 1.8 litre single point injection unit on a 1994 model. Looking at the haynes manual it appears to be the B18U engine. Could it be the idle control motor? Any advice would be appreciated. Thankyou in advance. Shane- posted
