When I am driving and I go over a medium to big bumps I get a really loud noise inside the car is there any way to not have it so loud

Does it happen when it's cold outside? I get that sometimes; I think it may be the springs in the seat?

Look on the shock piston to see if the shipping blocks were removed when dealer did the PDI. They are kinda red/orange in color and slip out once the car is jacked up.
