2003 Jetta TDI - 10,000 Mile Service - Updated

It wound up being $175, tax included. Damn!

The funny thing is that they wrote down 15,000 on the tag in my upper left-hand corner of the windshield for the next oil change. If memory serves me it should have been 20,000.

Unless they changed it from 2002 it should be 20,000

Note: It is not required to take your car to the dealer for service. As long as the service is done, it can be done by anyone. Usually an independent mechanic does as well as the dealer sometimes better and almost always charges less. Just keep written confirmation that it has been done. That will assure warrantee coverage.

Believe me, I will keep that in mind.
