Car jerks and bucks when rpm is between 800 and 2200 smooths out after that. cannt find manules please help. min. tools lo income. lots of miles on car.

Air Intake Boot has split - about $10 or so. It does not do it in reverse. Going forward opens split as engine moves in mounts, RPM drops as it goes lean, engine moves other way in mounts closing split, now engine has good fuel/air mix, moves in mounts open split....you get the picture. Split is on bottom of air boot where you can't see it.
New boot changed with screwdriver for clamps and put more miles on car.
