97 Jetta - Evaporator housing drain tube ?

Hi everyone, My Jetta is leaking water inside the car from the air conditioner.Everything seems to be working OK so I suspect the drain tube to be blocked.My Haynes mentions this but does not elaborate on procedure or location.Any advice would be helpful.Thanks,George
