Question: are there any E-Z type boot solutions for the A1 axles (1987 Scirocco)?
Situation: my inner boot (long axle) is completely torn. I have rebuilt the axle once (disassembly, clean, reassembly) and am in no mood this winter to do it again as it is not worth it for such an old axle. I have a good inner boot, however. But that work is a pain.
I'd like to just cut the old one off but I don't recall seeing any type of A1 boot solutions before. Asking just in case there is one.
