Any one have any tips/tricks on removing the allen bolt that holds on the rear disk on the 94 Jetta.

Unfortunately it got stripped/rouned out by the local VW dealer and now it needs a new disk installed.

The trick is not to strip them by cleaning them real good before trying to remove.
