did any A2 diesels have the multi-function indicator?

iirc A2 diesels (in the US anyway) didn't even have that. they had an analog clock in place of the tach, like this:

Yes there were a number of A2 diesels with the MFA, at least here in Europe there were GTD's sold with the MFA.
