Coolant could be low or be low from a leak if the gauge reads normal. Just check your owners manual as it should show how to check the coolant. If it's low a quart or less just add water.

This just started happening. The Little Temperature light will flash, continuously. It will last for a few minutes, or the length of the trip. Any thoughts???

I agree with this...I also believe that there are certain fittings or connections prone to leakage on newer EV's...making this possibility more likely.
