I have one, it works great, but beware if you need more than the included 20 GB DMS cartridge to store your music-- PhatNoise locks you in to their proprietary cartridges, and the lowest price available is the 40 GB for $229 (80GB is a whopping $399), for nothing more than an off-the shelf notebook HD that they've managed to format in a way that makes it non-replaceable.
$119 here, at that price, buy 2 for the extra cartridge.
