Need a picture of vapor control connections on the tank

That's what I need.

A picture. Or a drawing. Preferably one with a label. So that I can have some idea of where the hose goes from the fuel filler next (whcih is "obvious") to somewhere up and over (under?) there. I mean, I really don't want to take the tank out, just to replace one hose.

I've a Haynes manual, but it doesn't have a useful diagram. Just words.

Is three a "Ranger Repair for Dummies/the Complete idiot"?

My google fu is obviously lacking, as I can't find an image of a fuel tank ready to go in. I can find picture of the filler neck part, and trucks being jacked up to see if the hose rubs, but that's not even near what I'm looking for. Not sure what Haris Pilton fleeing to Hawaii has to do with it either.

any pointers will be appreciated.

What year and model is your truck and what is the reason you need the picture? The more information you give us, the better we can help you.

Sorry, brain fart.

1998 Mazda B2500.

I needed the picture to have some idea where it was I needed to reach around, over, under sideways down out to find the other end of the hose, sot hat I can replace the whole thing.

I did find a drawing which gave me enough idea to start.

now all I need to do is figure out how to push a hose onto a fitting, when I can't get "near" the fitting - and the hose is a tad too snug of a fit. I already have tried the "soften in hot water" trick, now trying a variant. I just do not want to have to remove the tank to replace 18 inches of hose.
