warrenty transfer to new owner?

Looking at a 05 sonota V6. 48K miles. Does anyone know if the manufactures warrenty transferes with the vehicle or is it just for the origninal owner? Thanks

It does, sort of. The warranty reverts to 5 year/60K miles on the whole car for the second owner. You no longer have the 100K mile powertrain warranty.
