I'm looking to use it as a solvent for ABS plastic to turn it into a moulding/adhesive paste instead of Fibreglass when I build the new screen surround I'm working on, for the car PC.
Call a company that makes nail polish remover and ask them where they get theirs.

LOL. Might be easy. And I had thought of that as a source, but they all seem to be going "Nail Friendly" ATM, "No formaldehyde, Toluene, Acetone/Propanone, or othr toxic chemicals". Where is the fun in that?
I want all the toxic crap to play with.
Try your local chemist. I got some IPA from mine - after the third degree on what I wanted it for.
But the best place to ask - for near anything ;-) is
