Really can't decide which of the three I should go for.
I'd go for the 9000 Aero HOT thingy. I like them. Although i prefer the ones that are dark blue with gun metal wheels. Carlsson or summet? I think the 900 is a bit tooooo leggy at 250k miles :)
I know the Carlsson 900 seller. He will have don't all th work he says it has had done. His T8 was putting out as much BHP as some of the lightly modified T16s, and much more Torque. It it drives like a new car with 190k on it thanks to new bushes.
so you're really gonna ditch the celica! :(
how long you had the celica?
And more importantly, how much is it worth do you reckon?
Even so, 250k is a long way.
I prefer the 9000 anyway though :)
If I had to choose...
Saab 900 Carlsson as a second car Saab 9000 Aero for a daily driver
250k! just running in still that is :)
Just coming upto a year mid next month. Still haven't decided for definate. But if I get that convertable yes. If the Aero gets close, maybe.
They are really undervalued. Probably, with all the work, and parts, as I have only put on about 9-
10k, and done proper under bonnet mods (except the exhaust), about the=20 same as what I paid for it. Maybe a little more, as I knocked off =A3300=20 from the guy I bought it from.--=20 Carl Robson Car PC Build starts again.
i was thinking of getting a 1994 impreza when my insurance was due as i wanted similar performance but something practical but the inurance doubles!!! i can insure a supra twin turbo cheaper! and a 300ZX! tempted but they cost way more and servicing i bet will be damn pricy too!
Have a look at the latest Volvo 850 T5, or Saab 9000 2.3 Anniversary (not a lot of people know that the FPT Anniversary late models got the same 225BHP aero engine, but not the aero seats, but they did have the elctric adjust) or Aero (Or 2.3 Griffin if you fancy an Auto box). OK, so they are FWD, but they both go pretty well for wardrobes, and are very "Respectable".
wouldn't mind a T5 850 volvo in black lowered with window tints, pimped! :)
