Tail Lights Stay On

For your tail lights, this is a common problem. There is a vinyl peice that is attached to your brake pedal arm than engages a switch to turn off the tail lights. When the peice gets old, it will harden and fall apart thus the switch is no longer being contacted and the tail light. A simple visit or call to your local Nissan parts department will quickly solve what part this is as they should know instantly what the problem part is. Turn signals are probably not related an may have failed due to a bad blinker solenoid.
