What country are you in?
Have you tried your local Toyota distributor or dealer?
Do you have a specific question or do you want the manual for general information?
The people at my toyota dealer in the UK say they would only be able to get workshop manuals for themselves, if available.
It's a Japanise import to the UK, I think the original workshop manual would be in Japanise but due to the number of these diesel models on our streets now there may be a translated manual in acrobat readers PDF format somewhere, or a re-print in english?
It's basically a previa known as an estima/emina, it's year is 1994 with a
2.2 diesel engine. it has 4 wheel drive and is an automatic. Thanks all.
Look on Ebay for a approx 94 Previa (US Model) manual. This won't give you info on the diesel engine of course, but everything else will be pretty much the same. You might try researching what other models had the same engine, and try to get a manual on that too.
Dealers often say that workshop manuals are not available to the public, apparently because they think that they will lose business or they just don't want to be bothered. In many cases manuals ARE available, you just have to find out where to get them, which is usually NOT through the dealer, but another arm of the company.
Call Toyota head office in the UK and find out the real situation. Don't expect to be able to get a new 94 manual though: its just too old and its extremely unlikely any manuals will be left.

go to techdoc.toyota-europe.com for electronic versions of the manuals.
