vibration

Vibration becomes noticeable at stop (gear "D") when AC is on & engine warming up and temp going up than without AC on. If i shift to gear "N" or "P", then vibration dies down. No vibration with normal temp. engine and everything o.k. what goes wrong? Matt

It can be normal, when was your last tune up, it can be bad gas.

Note that 10K+ miles were needed to reduce grams of carbon on the valves.* Proven effectiveness. As previously mentioned, check the motor mounts. Perhaps if the "dogbone" aka engine moving control rod, is replaced at the first sign of wear, stress on the other (F & R) mounts can be reduced.

There is an A/C Idle Step Up diaphragm on the older Camrys. It has a white knob on it. The purpose is to increase idle RPM just enough as to offset the load from the A/C compressor when the A/C is cycled ON. When the mechanism is not working or adjusted too low, the natural shaking of a 4cyl engine under load at low RPM is accentuated. Is located on the intake manifold.
