Check the Coolant level. It may be low.

Sorry just read that again, by coolant level r u meaning the water if so i have already checked this and it's fine. It's wierd as it flashes most of the time it will go off occasionally but i can't see what's causing it to flash the car temp is fine!

You coolant level sensor or its wiring is bad. If flashes only when the temp is over 110 or the coolant is low.
if it's not overheating, that means low coolant level (or a bad coolant level sensor - it's built into the reservoir cap.)

It can also be the coolant temperature sender or wire. My wire broke off my temp sender and every time it touched something metal on the engine while I was driving, it would ground out and make the light flash.
