Looking for information on how to fix a Radio Interference (RFI) emission from a 2003 Yukon. RFI is there, on the 2 way if the vehicle is ON or OFF.

Well, you can disconnect the suspected component to see if the RFI disappears. If it is the ABS (it may be conducted noise) then you can try Ferrite beads on all the wiring harness's to the module. Another route you can take is to hook up the radio to a open ended coax cable (recieve only) and prob around the vehicle to find a rfi hot spot. Its better to find the exact location of the RFI.
