I didn't see it either, and I don't remember whether or not it's required by
the RFC for newsgroups. However, an abuse/postmaster/supervisor e-mail to
the spammer's domain address usually does the trick.
It does? It is a drop int he ocean, my friend... for every spammer
you get rid of, he'll find another bozo with an unsecured server
within about ten seconds... or another ISP if worst comes to worse.
Not only that, but changes are he's using a public proxy or a
hijacked/'zombie PC from some poor sap who downloaded a trojan. That
is why the internet is ao lame these days - moron users.
