Roller Rockers are they needed

Just had a TBI---350 CI built with all the Edelbrock good stuff,heads, intake,cam,headers and so on. The mechanic that installed thenew heads said that he thought roller rockers don't have that muchbenifit if you are not running high RPM. What is this groups thoughtsand benifits of 1.5 over 1.6, Pressed steel or Aluminum rockers withmy application

4500rpm`s? Are you building a Pontiac? My 49cc scooter runs 6200rpm`s. Are you going for gas mileage?

Thanks guys, I will put on 1.52 Comp Pro Magnum Roller Rockers CCA-1301-16. I am not running a race engine, 1500 to 4500 will be the average RPM rate. Last longer, smoother, better gas mileage. That is what I got out of this posting.
