when i first start the car in the morning on the dash under the milage i get in 2 keeps flashing and also the fan on the heating system wont work untill i hit the dash sounds funny i know but can anyone assist please cheers craig

Sounds like you have bad brushes in the heater fan which requires replacing it. It could be a wiring issue but brushes fail that way.
IN 02 is a service indicator. It's due an inspection service.
Isn't that the larger service too?
Yep. IN 01 is the smaller one, OEL is oil/filter only.
