Its all over the place - engine, plate, in a little well in the dash and so on - if all else fails look in its user handbook or use your eyes. They should all match up, unless the engine has been changed.

They should all match up, unless the engine has been changed.
The VIN is stamped -- sticker really -- on all of the major body panels, and on a placard at the base of the windshield.
