Delco Loc II is a security feature used on some Delco Stereo's to render them useless to anyone who steals one. When you activate the Delco Loc feature you are ask to input a security code of your choice. If the power is ever disconnected from your radio, you will be ask to input your unlock code. The radio will not operate until you furnish the correct code. Make sure you know what the code is before you install a new battery. - Gary
