Had my rear barn doors open at their 90 deg detent stop positions. The wind grabbed one and forced it past the exceptionally weak detent; the door stopped when it hit a tree next to the truck. The defrosted/hinged (expensive) glass shattered and there is a nice dent in the sheet metal. Is anyone aware of a factory, dealer or aftermarket fix for this? Any DIY suggestions on this? An adjustable final stop of some kind would be nice... or the defeatable stop like on the swinging side doors. What were they thinking on this?... or weren't they thinking?
