Does anyone know how to program a remote for a 1996 1/2 ton chevy Z71 silverado 4x4?

- Ground pin G of DLC. Vehicle will respond by locking and unlocking doors.
- Press and button on transmitter to be programmed.
- Control module will respond by locking/unlocking doors.
- Press any button on second transmitter to be programmed (if applicable)
- Control module will respond by locking/unlocking doors.
- Remove ground from DLC pin G
- Verify operation of remotes.
