My S10 truck is running like crap. It is cutting out a lot and there is a strong smell coming from the exhaust pipe. What could the problem be.

Already replaced, still have problem. The exhast smells like gas.

then you have a serious misfire
the smell is the catalytic converter burning raw gas

Check your dist., rotor, wires, plugs.
