I purchased this vehicle several years ago and found that it had windshield wipers with a mind of their own. The wipers would either not turn on (usually when it was warm outside) but has now become a safety issue since it has died on my while driving in the rain at night (they have come back on since). I am now ready to solve the problem, I have searched this site and what appears to be an issue with the wiper delay circuit board. I have found in the LMC catalog that I can get the circuit board for about $40 if this is the cure then how hard is it to get to and replace?
