Close the cowl vent...
Big rust holes in the floor ?
Heater transfer doors not functioning ?
How about year/make/model Please?
Without that everything is a guess.

My van has two vents, with pull handles. Drivers side is a knob by my left knee, passenger side is T handle by right knee.
