Anyone know anything about how the shifter interlock works on the 97 Silverado with auto trans. Normally it only took holding brake pedal down and shifting now it will only shift out of park by revving the engine a bit with foot on brake pedal before it will shift out of park. Funny thing is it only does it the first time I start it in the morning. Rest of the day is fine.
