Recently bought a 94 Grand Caravan, and I noticed that the odometer is not reading true, and the speedometer is not either. The odometer is reading about 60-65 % of actual Km's driven. The speedometer is registering too high at highway speeds, but not exactly sure by how much. The previous owners had the Tranny rebuilt 2 years ago but since then the van had not left the city and they did not notice that the readings were off. Is this a simple fix like a gear on the speedo cable or is it internal? Any help would be appreciated,
