From
searched 1992 Dynasty DRL:
To temporarily fix yours just reach up ahead of the drivers side front wheel well in the space between the fender and the apron that the fender is attached to. In there will be a black box with a 10 wire plug. Just unplug the module and your lights will go out. Your headlights will still work ok but you will not have daytime running lights anymore. And when you use your high beams the indicator light won't light up. If you can live with that, you are good to go. If not, go to a dealer and buy a new module [about $95].

Inside the left front fender, accessible by removing the left front wheel/tire and then the plastic wheelwell shield. This is the DRL module's common failure mode. You can either buy another factory module ($$ and it'll fail again in the same way) or just unplug the factory module and put in the turn signal DRL module from
Clockspring failure. There's a recall on these.
