'97 Sebring Convt Power Steering Sticks While Turning at Times

At times, usually speeds below 30 MPH steering effort hard for a second or so. The power steering belt is fine and tension is good. Power steering fluid was just replaced with MOPAR fluid. Don't know if this is related but the front end will squeak from time to time. Car has about 95k on it. There is a definite power steering pump wine.

Yesterday the lower ball joint on the driver's side failed. Fortunately the car was a very low speed and no damage was done to the fender. Thanks to all.
