Can some one please tell me how to program a keyless remote for a 2000 Dodge Durango.

This is one of the vehicles that the RKE key fob's can only be programmed with a DRB scan tool. There is no customer programming mode.

While the preferred method is to program it with a DRB, some units can be programmed by grounding a loose wire on the RKE control box; the factory service manual will outline the procedure if possible.
This ain't one of them. That was older separate modules. This one is part of the central timer module which is the body control module for this truck.
