Any ideas out there on where to look for problems?

1999 T&C Limited. Emergency and turn signals work all around except the front right. Of course the right rear flashes at double speed. Ground check fine, but no power is getting to the new or swapped bulbs. There does not seem to be any undue wear or damage to the harness in that area, but I can't tell where it goes after entering the engine compartment near the battery.
