Is removing/ replacing a headlamp unit on a ZX easy or are there any pitfalls to look out for?
Also
Anybody know any cheap places for headlamps for a ZX, in the Uk?
Or am I being too cheeky?

It's fairly easy.
- Remove the plastic cover on top of the lights/radiator
- Remove indicator light (lomg spring on the inside)
- Disconnect wiring
- Remove the flat clip from where the light is connected
- Pull headlight towards you to remove the light (some force required)
Especially the flat clip and the pulling is somewhat fiddly. Be sure to have proper tools. A pair of pliers is essential.
