Flip the seats up - remove the bolts that hold the frames to the floor, and take them out. If you have the load floor, you have to remove that first. You'll find two bolts in the rear, one on each side, and two more bolts underneath the load floor itself (flip the floor up).
Sounds simple enough. Do you happen to know the torque specs for tightening them back down?
