How do you remove the car radio (Grundig AD 182 with an optional extension for a CD PLayer)?
I heard that a special tool is neede for that. Is it possible to do it without that tool and without damaging tha radio?

Feeler gauages down each side of the radio to release the catches - very fiddly and very annoying. Take care not to snap the cassette lid off.
