95 Explorer rear doors won't open ?

your childproof door latches are on. There is a little lever near the latch on each door that your have to reset. SY COhen

On my 95 Explorer the rear doors will not open from the inside. The handles seem to be stuck and will not move. Has anyone else had this problem?
