Front tow hooks 2002 Eddie Bower

Has anyone purchased a 2002 Eddie Bower 4x4 Explorer that came equipped with front tow hooks? Mine did not but I see others with the hooks..Thanks

I think Ford made them available this year. My '02 EB just has the plastic snap-in covers where the tow hooks would and *should* be.
