The dashboard in my 1994 Ford Explorer got a small crack in it today. Is there any way of fixing something like this?

The crack will get larger and others will appear.
The only realistic fix is to replace it or cover it. There are sourced for 'dash board protectors', usually a carpet like fabric, one source that comes to mind is

Glue on vinyl covers are trash and a waste of money, the 'cure is worse than the disease'.
