I ordered a urethane kit with these items made by Daystar for my 96 XLT
2wd. Having replaced all the bushings on my Mustang with urethane pieces, I was aware of their benefits. However, the shop who performed other work (that was to include this) returned them to me, saying they didn't fit. In truth, he said he didn't use them on my ball joints, not necessarily because of fit, but because the ball joints were new pieces, and he didn't want to void my warranty. I respected that decision as practical, but as for using them for my tie rods, he said they simply didn't fit properly. Does anyone here know an email contact for the Daystar company? I don't expect anything at this point, but would at least like to express my disappointment over an item that was useless for its intended application.
