Any clue? My 2k Ford Expedition will crank, but will not hold its idle unless accelerator remains pressed. When shifting from Park to Reverse or Drive, the engine dies. Any clues?

What happens if you start it, then switch on the A/c and/or turn the steering wheel?
If engine maintains idle well with those, does it shift into gear 'hard' (noticable jerk or thunk)?
Like there seems to be a rash of Idle Speed Control problems on here
IABP, ISC, IAC all mean the same thing.
