I am having problems puting gas in tank. Ford has put in a new tank. no help. any ideas?

Dont know anything about Mustangs, but most fuel tanks have a narrow breather tube that comes from the top of the tank to the filler neck, this narrow tube lets air out as fuel goes in. Find it, check it isnt snagged or blocked somehow....

sounds like you have a pinch line not letting the air out
