Suggestions as where to look for cause?
Look for you local Ford or L/M dealer and take your car to them for correct analysis of the problem, WBMA.
The system is receiving a signal that is telling it a door is open, try cleaning the door switches.

I sprayed some De-Oxit 5 electrical contact cleaner into all the locking latches. No more problems.
